All Blacks x New Era

We led the commercial partnership strategy between the All Blacks and global lifestyle headwear brand New Era, aligning sport heritage with streetwear credibility. By repositioning the collection for both core fans and fashion consumers, we developed a go-to-market plan that expanded distribution and visibility beyond traditional sports channels.

Outcome: Forecast sales were exceeded by over 100%, doubling expectations within the first season of launch.

Will & Able E-Commerce strategy

We designed a digital sales strategy for social enterprise Will & Able to accelerate online revenue and reduce reliance on retail channels. This included refining product hierarchy, improving user journey performance, and building a content and campaign framework to drive repeat purchase and subscription.

Outcome: The e-commerce channel shifted from passive to performance-led, resulting in measurable uplift in conversion and average order value.

Hera Couture  x Louise Jean Jewellery

Hera Couture partnered with Louise Jean Jewellery for an exclusive in-showroom trunkshow, offering brides a seamless gown-and-jewellery styling experience. Hosted at the Hera Couture showrooms, the event created a one-stop luxury appointment environment, increasing average order value and streamlining decision-making for brides nearing purchase.

With both brands' stylists onsite, attendees were guided through complete bridal looks, resulting in strong conversion, valuable content capture and deeper brand affinity. The collaboration reinforced both labels’ positioning in the premium bridal market and demonstrated the commercial power of curated partner retail experiences.

Mindful Fashion Partnership Acquisition

To elevate the annual Mindful Fashion conference, we secured a strategic partnerships aligned with the industry’s values of sustainability and local innovation. We shaped the commercial proposition, built the sponsorship narrative, and negotiated terms that delivered mutual brand visibility and engagement.

Outcome: The partnership enabled greater scale, enhanced programming, and unlocked new funding pathways for future events.
